Macbeth Act Three Scene Six

Lennox and a Lord have a talk about how crazy things have been recently with (the common belief being) Duncan being killed by his sons and Banquo being killed by Fleance. They believe that Macbeth has andeled thing well, all things considered. Malcom is now in the English court with king Edward who treats him well and with respect and Macduff went there to ask Edward for help, an alliance with Northumberland and Siward. Macduff hopes that god will help feed the people, protect the people and stop the murders. Macbeth is preparing for war.

“… some holy angel fly to the court of England and unfold his message ere he come, that a swift blessing may soon return to this our suffering country under a hand accursed!”
